What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
The following payment methods are available: All major credit and debit cards, Mercado Pago, PagoFácil, bank transfer and Rapipago.
For international purchases the payment methods are: Paypal.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be shown based on the total amount of the purchase and location in the checkout prior to purchase.
How are shipments made?
We work with the following companies: Fast Mail for CABA and Andreani for the rest of the country. We also have express shipments by courier to CABA and second cord of Gran Buenos Aires.
For international shipments we work with DHL.
Where can I receive my order?
We ship all over the country.
In case of international shipments, please contact us before making the purchase to confirm that we deliver at the destination point.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time will depend on the type of shipment selected and the delivery zone. In general, the delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days after the payment is credited and from the moment the product is shipped. When the product is shipped, we will send you a tracking code so you can track your order!
In case you have selected express shipping the delivery time will be 24 working hours.
In case of international shipments the shipping time is between 4 working days for America and 7 working days for the rest of the world. When the product is shipped, we will be sending you a tracking code so you can track your order! Please note that any product that enters the customs of another country will be subject to customs duties.
How long does it take to exchange or return a product?
You can exchange your product within 30 days of purchase or receipt of your order. Exchanges are made for products within the same season and the price paid will be used. It is very important that the product is in excellent condition, just as you received it. To make the exchange you can come to our stores or if you are in the interior of the country send us the product at your expense and then we will send you the exchange at no cost (valid only for the first exchange).
In case you want to return the product you can go to our stores or send us the product at your expense within 10 days of receiving the purchase. Remember that the product must be in excellent condition, just as you received it.
In case of international shipments, products will not be exchanged or returned.
